All shipments in Italy and in the European Union are free as are returns.
Outside the EU, the shipping rate will be calculated automatically based on distance and customs duties.

The directly managed warehouse will process the order and within one working day your MagicBox containing Steve's will be ready to go. Delivery times depend on the location:
- Italy: 2-4 working days
- European Union: 2-6 working days
- World: 4-10 working days

You will need to contact us by email hello@stevesofficial.com or at the wa business number +39-3357720190 within  15 days from receipt of order. If the order arrives damaged, includes the wrong product or the size is not correct, the return is completely free and we will replace your Steve's in the best way possible.
